With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lanny Dean Pettit of Denison, Texas, who passed away on March 4, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Pettit and Cleo Pettit; his brothers, Randy Pettit and Kenny Pettit; and his parents-in-law, Don Dillon, Bob and Sue Bryan.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Carson Bryan (Jenna) of Denison; his sister Cindy Knight (Greg) of Sherman; his nieces, Tina and Laura Adams; his nephew Robert Campbell (family: Jason, Brittany Pettit, Halley, Kendrik Garcia, Emily Onwu, Scout Pettit, Melody, Randal Luna, Michelle, Bobcat Santiago); and his parents-in-law, Jim, Carmen Bryan, Ann Dillon and Mary Pettit.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
