We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2022, at the age of 82, Kenneth Woodson of Denison, Texas, born in Whitewright, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Woodson and Bertha Woodson; his sons, Michael Cheatham, Ricky Henwood and Larry Don Cheatham; his granddaughter Amber Cochran; and his siblings, Lena Faye, Nadine, Orville, Junior, Gene and Chester.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel; his children, James Cheatham, Doug Cheatham, Debra Walsh and Crystal Egger; his children-in-law, Chip, Ben Griffin, Chris Ball, Dianne Cheatham and Tomasa Cheatham; and his brother Doug Woodson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
