She is survived by: her parents, Clifton McFadden and Lola McFadden; her sons, Frederick Lewis Goins, Derrick Raymoen Goins (Juanita) and Michael Lavar Phelps; her grandchildren, Chad Luper, Corey Luper, Ahsa Phelps, Kamri Phelps and Michael Phelps Jr.; her great grandchildren, Camron Luper, Addis Luper, LeLa Luper, Trinity Luper and Kingston Luper; and her siblings, William McFadden, Clifton Duone McFadden, Elwanda Hamilton and Tonya Thompson.
