He was predeceased by: his parents, T. J. Lucas and Jean Walker Michael; and his brother James Crawford. He is survived by: his sisters, Sheri Taylor (Danny) and Teri Lucas (Jimmy Sweeney); his stepmother Carol Lucas; his nephews, Michael Hansen, Lucas Sweeney, Matthew Cagle and Gene Cagle; and his pet Kookie. He is also survived by his good friends and neighbors at Mauk Circle; and his best friend.
