He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles McCullough and Helen McCullough; and his sister Mary Margaret McCullough. He is survived by : his wife Nita McCullough; his sons, Joe, John and Jeff; his daughters-in-law, Kathryn, Cindy and Amy; his siblings, Patsy Vrla and Charlie McCullough; and his grandchildren, Cole, Trey, Mike, Morgan, Charlie, Cash, Matthew, Cade and Madison. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Waldo Funeral Home (619 N Travis St, Sherman, TX 75090). Visitation was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Anne's Catholic Church (727 S Travis St, Sherman, TX 75090).

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School or St. Vincent de Paul at 727 South Travis St., Sherman TX 75090. Or donations to non-profit Home Hospice of Grayson County at 505 W. Center Street, Sherman, TX 75090.
