He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McCullough and Helen McCullough; and his sister Mary Margaret McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Nita McCullough; his sons, Joe, John and Jeff; his daughters-in-law, Kathryn, Cindy and Amy; his siblings, Patsy Vrla and Charlie McCullough; and his grandchildren, Cole, Trey, Mike, Morgan, Charlie, Cash, Matthew, Cade and Madison. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
