She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Gipson and Annie Maude Gibson Gipson; her husband Charles R. Huffman (Chuck); and her siblings, Richard Gipson, Bob Gipson, Troy Gipson, Buddy Gipson, Chapyne Goforth and Ann Parish.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Abernethy (Dusty), Melody Peters and Cindy Settle (Monty); her grandchildren, Jonah Peters (Angie), Jacob Peters, Ashley Selman, Sarah Beth Settle Allison (Jordan), Jessica Peters, Nate Abernethy and Ben Abernethy; her great grandchildren, Macie Redfearn, Nolan Redfearn, Dax Redfearn, Prescott Peters and Molly Peters; and her siblings-in-law, Dale Huffman, Joe Huffman (Ann) and Eleanor Huffman Bartlett. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either Fairview Baptist Church missions or Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.
