He is survived by: his parents, Charles Wortham and Ann Brown Wortham; his brother Gary Wortham (Kim) of Bells, Texas; his nephew Gary Lynn Wortham (Claire); his great-nephew Gavin; his great-niece Annie of Whitewright, Texas; his niece Mandee Wilkinson (Daniel); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haylee, Kaydee of Keller and Mindee Mata (Rafe); his nephew Josh Nunley (Leslie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joslyn, Lexi of Beaumont and Jeff of Texas; and also, Andon, Isabella, Alyee and R. J. of Rusk, Texas.
