He is survived by: his parents, Robert James Biggs and Deborah Lee Dostal Biggs; his wife Kerry Biggs; his children, Danny Biggs (Taylor Flackus Biggs), Karen Biggs Strickland (Chaise Strickland) and Ashley Biggs Plaza (Bryan Plaza); his grandsons, Jason Biggs, Travis Biggs, Cody Strickland and Matthew Cooper Strickland; and his sisters, Heather Biggs Ditto (Kevin Ditto) and Mary Ellen Biggs Barrett (Kelcy Barrett). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
