He was predeceased by: his parents, OmaLee Owen, and Paul Owen, Sr.; his wife Eva Owen; his brother Paul Owen Jr.; and his sister-in-law Ruth Owen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Moore (Joe) of Bells and Christina Divers (Brian) of Anna; his grandchildren, Grant Moore (Amanda) of Paris, Lauren Parrish (Keton) of Bells and Tyler Divers of Melissa; and his great grandchildren, Laney and Wyatt Moore of Paris.
