He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lively and Inez Lively (Fincher); and his sister Betty Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Anita Lively of Denison, TX; his daughter Leanna Lively of Denison, TX; his granddaughter Kelsey Wyatt (Jacob) of Mustang, OK; his siblings, Tom Lively (Louise) of Pottsboro, TX, Nancy Stamms of Combine, TX and Sara Parker of Denison, TX; and his brother-in-law Tom McCarty (Margie) of Denison, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the Missionary Fund at Southside Baptist Church, P. O. Box 127, Denison, TX 75021.
