He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Ratliff and James David Harrod; his wife Darlene; his siblings, John Albert Harrod, Bettye Jane Russell, Ruth Bowley and Linda Ridinger; and his grandsons, Cole Harrod, Austin Harrod and Jason Harbour.
