Joel Jackson wrote a sympathy message

“My kids will never forget uncle "jimmy" it's always laughs and smiles when your name is brought up. When one of their friends "tales" of a crazy uncle... They just sit back and smile and say I can beat it! Hazel, you have my deepest sympathy... Your heart will hurt then in time fond memories will drift in and smiles will Begin Again. Thank you for making my big, little brother, happy for all those years... But I still believe you were in the witness protection program. Wink”
