He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Maria Rodriguez and Antonia Olivarez Rodriguez; and his siblings, Jesus Rodriguez and Margarita Guerra. He is survived by: his wife Frances Hale Rodriguez; his siblings, Coy Pedraza, Chule Saenz and Alicia Rodriguez; his children, Stephanie Engelken (Jeffery), Derek Rodriguez (Martha), Dylan Rodriguez and Daryn Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Madyson Engelken, Spencer Engelken, Ethan Rodriguez, Wyatt Rodriguez, Brittney Engelken and Emilee Gill (Matt); his great grandchildren, Scarlett Engelken, Cora Gill, Oliver Gill, Parker Gill and Rosie Gill; his son-in-law Jeffery Engelken; his grandsons, Ryan and Ayden; and his friend Harrison Cornelius. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
