She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Perrin and Geneva May Fletcher, Sr. (Stephenson); her husband James; her son Floyd Wayne Busby; and her siblings, Jessie P. Fletcher, Jr., James R. Fletcher, Wayne Fletcher, Michael David Fletcher, Bobby Fletcher, Lydia Fletcher, Fern Wise and Marie Fletcher.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Dell Fletcher of Bonham, Texas, Shirley Guerrero of Bonham, Texas and Stephanie Garcia of Bonham, Texas; and her siblings, Kenneth Ray Fletcher of Sherman and Kathy George of San Diego, California. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
