She is survived by: her husband Tony Goolsby of Bokchito, Oklahoma.; her mother-in-law Sue Goolsby; her siblings-in-law, Rick Goolsby (Fran), Sheila Allen (Darrell) and Tim Goolsby; her niece Courtney Quarles; and her cousin Bonnie Dingess. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
