With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Ellsworth Peddicord of Denison, Texas, who passed away on October 3, 2021 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert R. Peddicord and Virginia Harnsberger of Newport News, VA; his daughter Cynthia; his spouse Cozy Lee Dyer (Pate); his son Craig Peddicord (Buffy) of Canton, GA; his granddaughter Kimmy; his great grandchildren, Caroline, Matthew, Alexander of Woodstock, GA and Cynthia Peddicord of San Pablo, CA; his stepchildren, Richard Pate (Sandy) of Pottsboro, TX and Bernice Gray of Sherman, TX; and his sister Rita Groess (Erich) of Denver, CO. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Lakeway UMC of Pottsboro, TX, and may be left in care of Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home of Wamego, KS, 4370 Salzer Rd., 66547.
