He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Fredrick and Beatrice Ellen Sewell Lavy; his children, Gene Paul Lavy and Lorinda Sue Winton; and his granddaughter Tonya Lavy.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Lavy; his brother Bill Smith (Kim) of Sherman; his sons, David and Craig Lavy of Idaho; and his pets, Precios and Prissy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, dear friend.
