She was predeceased by: her parents, William David Manning and Dorothy Marion Manning; her son James Edwin Farr; her former husband Joseph Farr; and her husband Ransom Cipher.
She is survived by: her children, Marion Cipher (Jordan) and William Joseph Farr (Sabine); her grandchildren, Alex (Dominique) and Emily; her stepdaughter Sherri; and her stepgrandson Randall.
