He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Crossman; his son John Phillip; his parents, Ernest Crossman and Michelina Crossman; and his sister Susan Selby.
He is survived by: his sisters, Josephine Harvey (Bob) of Danbury, Connecticut and Maggie O'Conner (Thom) of Ringtown, Pennsylvania; and his children, Ernie Crossman, Jr. of Denison, James Crossman of Savoy, Linda Colclasure of Sherman and Darlene Lemons (Bryan) of Era. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
