He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Creta Estelle Foster and Emmett Arthur Foster; his siblings, David Foster and Sylvia Hall; his wife Judith Ann Foster; and his children, Scott Foster (Kathleen), Ami Foster Cindi Foster, Tami Hix (Jimmy) and Craig Foster. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
