He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ray and Nell Ray; his brother-in-law Charles Fine (Boy); and his daughter Lisa Frith. He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Lynch (Danny) of Denison, TX; his grandchildren, Melissa Diles (Tremaine) of Abilene, TX, Nicky DeFrange, Shi Williams of Sherman, TX and Billy Frith Jr. (Kim) of Denison, TX.; his sister Kathryn Heaton of Denison, TX.; and his great grandchildren, Jaxsyn, Shalamar Jr. (Bubba), Damon, Michael, Amelia, Tyler and Riley Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
