He was predeceased by: his wife Helen K. Howard; and his granddaughter Abby Burns. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Wallace, Timothy Howard, James Howard and Brian Wallace (Allison); his grandchildren, Ashley Cooper, Lexi Ellis, Alyssa Thompson, Hayden Wallace and Nolan Wallace; his great grandchildren, Aaron Frison, Amir Reed and Nora Rodriguez; and his godson Joseph Hays (Emily). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
