He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ray Holley Sr. and Patsy Ann Holley; his brothers, John Paul, Charles, Thomas and David Holley; and his stepson Justin Barr.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Scott Holley of Denison; his daughters, Chelsie Holley of Arlington, TX, Devan, Taylor Holley of Austin, TX and Brittany Woodard of Clarksville, TX; his grandson Oliver Holley of Arlington, TX; and his brother Arnold Holley (Donna) of Bonham, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
