He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Harvey Chappell and Estelle Finch Chappell; and his daughter Holly Chappell Manna. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Chappell of Denison; his daughter Dee Anna Chappell of Denison; his son-in-law Michael Manna; his grandchildren, Joe Manna and Madeline Manna; his brother Willard Chappell (Cynthia) of White Oak; and his close friends, Brooks and Jeanne Lilly.
