She is survived by: her husband Steve Mathis; her daughters, Carolyn Parfait (Haven Parfait) and April Sloan (Tyler Sloan); her grandchildren, Catherine Gearinger, Carlianne Martins (Milene Martins), Haven Parfait, Ryder and Harper Sloan; her brothers, Kendall Cook (Kristi) and Gene; her sister-in-law Kathy Mathis; her nieces, Lauren Cook, Melissa Mathis (Kenny Walter) and Megan Zorrilla (Nathan Zorrilla); her nephew Sean Mathis; her great-nephews, Hunter, Archer and Fisher Zorrilla; and her sister Linda Wyatt Tollison.
