He was predeceased by: his father Cooie Alvis Hendrickson. He is survived by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Hendrickson; his sister Pamela Jane Hendrickson; his wife Monica June Hendrickson; his daughter Megan June Hendrickson Smith; and his granddaughter Sofia June Smith. He is also survived by his friends, family, and coworkers.
A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Locust Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, in Curtis's honor.
