He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claud E. Williams Sr. and Emma Sinor Williams; his wife Nell Walton Williams; his sisters, Earlene Smith of Bakersfield, California and Nell Nassoy Shaul (Roland) of Kellesville, California.; and his nephews, Shane Nassoy (Leanne) of Denison, Terry Smith (Judy) of Bakersfield and David Smith (Jan) of Citrus Heights, California. He was also cherished by his mother had 15 siblings and his dad had 7 siblings.
