He is survived by: his significant other Vivian Lucille Phillips; his significant other's children, Janet Phillips Haggerton and F. Wayne Phillips; his sister Tommye Gotlieb; and his children, Janet Haggerton (Jack Haggerton) and Wayne Phillips (Angela Gentry). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
