He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Cleo Spaugh and Alma Lee Spaugh (Brinley); and his siblings, Dorothy Spaugh, Joyce Spaugh, James of Jerry, L. C. and Billy Spaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Shearer of Denison, TX; his children, Justin Spaugh of Denison, TX, Juliana Spaugh Jacobs of Dripping Springs, TX, Tamera Mikusek, Tommy of Freeport, TX, Bobby G. Spaugh Jr. of Texas, Amy Spaugh Britt and Maxie of Forney, TX; his siblings, Edith Kohler (Gary), Wanda Williams (Billy), Sharon McEntire of Whitney, TX and Harold Spaugh of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Jacobs, June Jacobs, Jensen Jacobs, Jacob Britt, Connor Britt, Justin Britt, Carson Wieland and Corbin Wieland; and his great grandchildren, Leighton Wieland and Bronson Britt.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Grayson County Hospice.
