He was predeceased by: his father Billy Don Mullennix. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Self of Buncombe, OK; his daughters, Christina Mullennix of Colorado and Mercedes Mullennix; his siblings, Christy Jaresh of Denison, TX and Cody Mullennix (Kelli) of Whitesboro, TX; and his grandchildren, Autumn Mullennix and John Murphy Jr.. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
