Born to the parent of Bufford & Jewel Frith in Denison Texas on September 3, 1957. Billy was a simple man who enjoyed listening to old country music on his record player. He especially loved & felt connected to Elvis. He loved going out to eat with family so much, it was like a hobby to him. Billy was always a hard worker; he was a master at his craft of roofing. He was a bit of a wonderer and would often show up at his son's job sites to watch them work. Billy would show up at family members' homes often without anyone knowing he was coming by. He never stayed long but we were always happy to see him. He had a special bond with his brother-in-law, Lonnie and enjoyed hanging out with him no matter what they were doing. Billy loved going to the casino, fishing & sitting on his couch watching TV while eating his candy and drinking tea. He will be missed.
