He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex McGinnis and Lily Belle McGinnis; and his sister Juanita Gray. He is survived by: his brother Jerry McGinnis; his sister-in-law Janet; his daughters, Judy Hunt and Jerri Linn Belkin (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Taylor German (Garrett), Chandler Hunt (Marissa), Alexis Belkin and Rex Belkin; his great grandchild Weslyn German; his niece Cathy Gray; his nephews, Jeff Gray and Brad Gray (Milly); his great-niece Linzi McElfresh (Brent); his great-nephew Brady Gray; and also Kase McElfresh.
