Carter (Patrice Jones); his siblings, Earnest Carter, Sr. (Alberta), Joe Carter, Leon Carter (JoAnn) of Del Valle, TX, Jimmie Carter (Clarissa) of Elgin, TX, Fred Carter of Del Valle, TX, Ollie Carter-DeShay of Cedar Creek, TX, Sarah Carter-Johnson of Garfield, TX and Gladys Carter-Lewis (Robert E.
