She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Nathaniel Haws and Virginia Cervantes; her siblings, Minnie D. Haws, Tomas Cervantes and David Cervantes; and her close friend Sammy Mackey.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Renteria (Rodrigo), Stacey Allen Haws and Jessica Haws-Mackey; her grandchildren, Antonio Renteria, Rodrigo Renteria, Natalia Renteria, Amelia Renteria, Isaiah Haws, Elijah Haws, Jaheim El, Jamar El, Jaiden Mackey and Jala Mackey; and her siblings, Eula Lee Haws, Frankie Haws Brown (Ronald) and Luciouse Haws (Geneva). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin, capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries. Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask, and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.
