She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Romanelli; her parents, Maria Ortiz and Guillermo Ortiz; her aunt Otilia; her uncle Feliciano Lomas; and her cousin Raul Ceballos.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Romanelli (Lisa Romanelli) of Abilene, TX and Sandra Wenzel (Dennis Wenzel) of San; her brother Guillermo Ortiz Jr. of Alabama; her grandchildren, Ramon, Yolanda, Thomas, Robert, Crystal and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Holly and Natalie; and her nieces and nephews, Daniel Ortiz (Britany Ortiz), Diana McMurry (Bryce McMurry), Veronica Wilson (Donny Wilson) and Carmen Muldowney (Steve Muldowney).
