Though Victor Menchaca may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Victor Menchaca touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Cepeda (Manuela Menchaca) and Dolores Cepeda. He is survived by: his children, Naela Drury, Victor Cepeda Jr. (Joann), Ramiro Cepeda and Vicente Meza; and his siblings, Alicia Reymer, Christina Rodriguez and Antonio Gonzalez. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
