She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignacio Torres and Adela Torres; her sister Lupe Torres; and her husband Alberto "Tito" Maldonado Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana (Toby York) of Willis, Texas, Sylvia Maldonado of Vienna, Virginia, Cecilia (Chris Lodek) of San Antonio and Leticia (Frank Grijalva) of San Antonio; and her granddaughters, Kathy (Tim Keanini) of Austin, Texas and Allison Mussey of San Antonio.
