She is survived by: her husband Rodolfo Alderete of Del Rio; her sons, Ricardo Alderete (Julia C. Alderete) of Del Rio, Rodolfo Alderete III of Del Rio and Edward Alderete (Mayra Alderete Soto) of El Paso, TX; her sisters, Teresa Nava, Maria Luisa Nava and Luz Elena Martinez; and her grandchildren, Desiree, Leah, Ricardo, Alysha, Arianna, Alejandra, Milani, Edward and Antonio. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
