She is survived by: her husband Manuel Palacios of Del Rio; her children, Juan Palacios (Sandra Palacios) of San Antonio, TX, Armando Palacios (Ruth Palacios) of Sonora, TX, Ruth Saucedo (Mario Saucedo) of Del Rio and Luz Palacios (Pedro Gonzalez) of Del Rio; her son-in-law Craig Welch of Portsmouth, OH; and her siblings, Isabel Gomez, Ismael Gomez, Diamantina Arroyo, Ruben Gomez, Eliseo Gomez, Ruperto Rodriguez, Dora Rodriguez, Olga Miguel Rodriguez, Rosantina Rodriguez, Rolando Rodriguez, Jesus Rodriguez and Leonel Estrada. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
