Kelly; her parents, Lou Ouida and Andrew Newkirk; her siblings, Patsey Lewis and James Newkirk; her grandson David Joel Kelly, Jr.; her children, Mary Lou Richardson (Andy) of Del Rio, David Joel Kelley Sr. (Alma) of Del Rio, Andy Kelley (Carrol) of Midland, TX., Harry Kelley (Beverly) of La Luz, NM. and Steven Charles Kelley Sr. of Del Rio; and her grandchildren, Wesley, Bonnie, Gilbert, Monica, Robert, Juan, Andrew, Angie, Shelly, Graydon, Phillip, Rachel, Steven Jr., Alyx and Brad. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
