He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Edgar L. Gill, Sr. and Dolores A. Gill; his son Zechariah Gill-Blake; his siblings, Richard G. Gill, Devonne Gray, Edgar L. Gill, Jr., Erica L. Brown and Kimberly S. Riley; and his siblings-in-law, Deloyd Grey, Kenneth Riley and Linnette Gill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial (2020 N Bedell Ave, Del Rio, TX 78840). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home (2020 N Bedell Ave, Del Rio, TX 78840).
