He is survived by: his children, Juan Luis Bonilla (Laura), Jose Ruben Bonilla (Blanca Estela), Julia Elsa Garcia and Maria Elena Esquivel (Raul); and his siblings, Mario Bonilla and Julia Elsa Bonilla. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
