He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth Reyes; and his son-in-law Marco A. Gonzales. He is survived by: his sisters, Martha Becerra (Alfredo Becerra) of Del Rio, Julia Salas of Del Rio and Bertha Zapata (Jose Zapata) of Ciudad Acuña. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and numerous other family members.
