He is survived by: his mother Paula Salazar; his wife Rosie S Villanueva; his children, Paula, Melissa, Oscar, Edmundo and Orlando; his grandchildren, Miranda, Carlos, Adalberto (Betito), Oscar, Isaiah, Angel, Ana and Amor; and his siblings, Demetrio (Lupita Villanueva), Rolando (Celeste Villanueva), Irma (Allen Dangleben), Amelia Garza, Isperanza (Abe Valadez) and Elda (Israel De La).
