She was predeceased by: her husband Danny Ross Wipff; her sister Sandra Tyree; her parents-in-law, Opal and Gerald Wipff; her brother-in-law Frank Burns; her son-in-law Michael Hall; her parents, Sgt. Myron Newton and Lena Marie Bixby (Luthi); and her daughter Dr. Pol.

She is survived by: her siblings, Marsha Lavallee (Bixby) and Steven Bixby (Patty); her sister-in-law Janet Burns (Wipff); her children, Deborah Hall and Douglas Wipff (Tria); her grandchildren, Kendall (Jenna), Zachary, Bennett, Keegan and Hannon Wipff; her close friend Hermione; her son John Douglas; her family Houston; and her caregivers, Fernus, Maria, Sharonda, Audrine, Jackie, Helen, Tai, Rita, Emma, Mikayla and Jagger. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews; many friends.

During the pandemic, Myrna sewed masks for family and friends and tried to teach her daughter to sew.
