He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Vallandingham and Bruce Vallandingham; and his wife Cherry Vallandingham. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Phillips (Michael T. Phillips) of San Angelo, Texas; his sisters, Mary Ann Parsons (Mike Parsons) of Waco, TX, Irene Walter (Don Walter) and Linda Bennet (Charles Bennet); his grandsons, Kirkland Phillips, Zachary Phillips and Trey Phillips; and his great grandchild Paisley Vance. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
