Ortiz of Ciudad Acuña, Mexico; his children, Alma Ortiz of Del Rio, Arturo Ortiz of Del Rio, Janie Ortiz of Del Rio, Manuel Ortiz Jr. of Plano, TX, Lulu Alaniz of Plano, TX, Pedro Ortiz of Del Rio and Marie Ortiz of Plano, TX; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Elizabeth, Brenda, Tony, Amanda, Ruben, Victoria, Jeanette, Almita, Marcela, Mercedes, Julio, Ariana, Adrian, Makayla, Natalia, Emily and Kim. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and other relatives.
