He is survived by: his sister Diana Faz Parr; his brothers-in-law, Antonio Hernandez and Jesus Vasquez; his children, Johnny Manuel Faz (Shala), Julyussa Faz, Brianna Faz and Victoria Kirk; his grandchildren, Autumn Faz, Alana Faz, Aria Faz and Avani Faz; and his siblings, Sylvia Sharp (Mike), Ceclia Cheek (John), Manuel Faz, Eva Vasquez and Romelia Hernandez.
