He is survived by: his wife Rosa Escareño of Del Rio; his children, Rosa Isela Arellano (Alfredo Arellano Jr.) of Eagle Pass, TX, Jose Escareño Jr. (Yanira Escareño) of Del Rio, Rene Escareño (Christina Escareño) of Del Rio, Jazmin Estrada (Carlos Estrada) of Eagle Pass and Rebekah Rodriguez (Sergio Rodriguez) of Del Rio; his sisters, Francisca Soto, Eva Cantu and Estrella Prieto; and his grandchildren, Jacklyn, Alfredo III, Jose III, Yuliana, Austin, Leslie, Avery, Penny and Oliver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
