He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carmen "Nena" Losoya; his children, Larissa Garanzuay (Jesus), Jorge Castro (Alejandra Ozuna) and Vanessa Campos (Oscar); and his grandchildren, Oscar Campos, Emilia Garanzuay, Fatima Garanzuay, Javier Campos, AnaGoretti Castro, Lara Garanzuay, Penelope Campos, Maximo Castro and Arnoldo Moreno.
